Dr. Amitpal Kohli at 30281 Golden Lantern, Laguna Niguel, California.

Made an appointment 6 weeks ago with Dr. Kohli's staff for today at 1:30. Took a half day off work to drive all the way to Laguna Niguel as a new patient only to discover this office moved location 4 weeks ago, without notifying me. After finally arriving at their current address, I was told I was no where in their system and had no appointment. I verified with my insurance on the phone as they faxed an additional copy to them. I did in fact have an authorization and again stated when I made the appointment 6 weeks ago the staff member verified she had this authorization in hand. I was then told by the secretary that she would explain the situation to Dr. Kohli and see if he could work me in. Upon her return she stated he could not work me in today and appointments run 2-3 months out. For a patient diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer, no thanks, I will find someone else. The office staff took no accountability for their error.
