Store is clean not as big as it should be. A typical Kohl's. Not the easiest place to find. Its hidden behind Cost-Co. Employees for most part are friendly. Love the Khols cash you get back when spending.

Ok, this review isn't totally about Kohl's. This specific store had a small booth for returning any items you purchased and wanted to return to Amazon. That is where we meet "James" who was the nicest older man who helped us return our packages. James went above and beyond with his customer service with his care and friendly approach. At the end of our transaction, he gave us two 25% off coupons for Kohl's for each of our returns. James wears an infectious, permanent smile which will make anyone's day brighter. I'm not sure if James is a Kohl's or Amazon employee but for whomever he does work for, they have a gold mine in their staffing.
