I was there today but left without purchasing anything because the manager was so rude and obnoxious, I couldn't stand to spend my money there. I will have to find another Pier One I guess, because I won't be returning to the one in my neighborhood anytime soon. I couldn't believe it when I heard the manager berating the employees in such an insulting, belittling manner, and in front of customers!!! I scanned the room and met eyes with two other shoppers and realized I wasn't the only one he had made uncomfortable. This man is middle aged, chubby, bald, with glasses. No one should ever speak to anyone that way, let alone in a professional setting, with customers present. Whoever is in charge should review this mans position before he runs off all your potential clients.
