I wish I could give them Zero Stars. This is a SCAM COMPANY.
This is my horrible experience with them:
Oh it says the product is in stock on their website, and it had affordable 3 day express shipping. I thought how could I go wrong. Well after a week I called and got 2 people who said they will call me back...never happened. The 3rd person I called into said I had to pay $200 more dollars for shipping... I guess I really need the product now that it's late, so I paid, another week passed without product, I called with the same responses I'll have to call you back lies. I decided to e-mail them via their website, but gave up after 5 e-mails (been 4 weeks since ordered now) I got a response about 10th time I called who said it has not shipped from the warehouse yet and it'll be about 1 more week. I asked for return as they have ruined my project deadline. It's been about 2 months without a return confirmation. I keep e-mailing and calling without any responses now.
I have seen other reviews stating more horrible experiences. Don't throw you money away here, pay a bit more and actually get the product.

Intellectual property thieves.

I placed an order with Server Parts Warehouse last week. They were kind enough to ship out my order next day air and were responsive and really a pleasure to work with on all levels. I would recommend this company.
